How returns work
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Email us at support@lumora.store with your order number to start a return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service.
